What is Health Coaching?
Health coaching is a collaborative process where a coach works with clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. Through a combination of motivational interviewing, goal-setting, and behavior change strategies, health coaches guide clients in making sustainable lifestyle changes, improving their overall well-being, and addressing specific areas such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, and weight loss. The approach is typically client-centered, empowering individuals to take control of their health while focusing on personalized, holistic care.

What happens in Health Coaching Sessions?
We’ll typically work together over a 12- or 26-week program, meeting every other week. In our sessions, we’ll begin by exploring your interests, goals, challenges, and strengths. From there, we’ll develop a personalized wellness plan, focusing on a handful of wellness goals. We’ll set SMART goals, have regular check-ins, reassess as needed, and celebrate your progress at every step.
